Hey guys! Remember the different laws we were talking about while playing mahjong when the 20 cent coin rolled under the shoe cabinet? I found the rest of them... Some of them are rather funny but some of them are just plain dumb.

Law of Mechanical Repair
After your hands become coated with grease your nose will begin to itch or you'll have to pee.

Any tool, when dropped, will roll to the least accessible corner.

The probability of being watched is directly proportional to the stupidity of your act.

If you change lines (or traffic lanes), the one you were in will start to move faster than the one you are in now.

Hey guys! Hope you all are regenerated from the ultimate torture and draining mahjong that we had last night. I slept all the way to 5pm just now because my head really hurt and I am now officially ill. I was just on the phone with et because she told me she had recieved my christmas card except that it was not for her.

Well, I think it might happen to you guys too. Haha I got my mom to send it out from her office because then I wouldn't need to buy stamps. But my mom slotted the cards into the envelopes without matching the names! So there is only a 0.2 chance (because I sent out 5 cards) that you get your card. Sorry for the genuine mistake! Just bring the cards out at the next outing and exchange yea =)

Also on the phone et and I discussed about the next outing. She suggested going to the shop with a lot of board games, which I thought is a brilliant idea. We just need to find a place (there's one beside Aston - the place we ate dinner at) and decide a time and date. I think we should be able to hold our gift exchange session then too right? Since we have some time to the next outing, let's have a exchange gift session, where we buy gifts for the other four of us, so in the end, everyone recieves 4 gifts.

She also talked about going to some place to 钓鱼 and 钓虾 . Let's wait for her to get more details on this.

Yay now sj and yc are blog members too, so it means they can blog here too!

Hey guys! Merry Christmas my dear Mahjong Mates! May we have many more marvelous years of mahjong madness to come! Here are confirmed details for Friday:

Date: Friday 28th Dec
Time: from Noon (don't be late!)
Place to meet: Bedok MRT station (Take note it's not Tanah Merah anymore!)
Venue: From 12 pm - Lunch at Bedok interchange
1pm to 7pm - Karaoke at Katong Shopping Centre
After 7pm - Dinner somewhere not discussed yet
After dinner - Someone's house (et's, mine or perhaps yc's?) for our favourite activity?

Some things to note include:
1) We're having lunch together before going for karaoke.
2) Bring water!
3) We have a kinda tight schedule so don't be late! haha

About gift exchange:
Pls tag on the board to say whether you would like to have a gift exchange [where we each buy one present (so all in all we have 5) and then by some method randomly distribute them among us] on Friday. I think it might be too rushed because there wouldn't be time to search for a good present. So we could have it on say, Chinese New Year?

Hey guys! As you can see we desperately need a new group picture, for yc is complaining that he looks like a ghost, which I suppose most of us unanimously agree upon as well. Thus here are PROBABLE details of our next outing:

I went to Raffles City Shopping Centre on Friday to look for sj at Prints. She was SO busy she couldn't even find time to talk to me la. I wanted to ask her about our coming outing and all, but in the end, after hanging around in the shop for 10 minutes, all I could say to her was "你很忙啊？ok lo, 我先走了."

Later she told me she might not be able to make it for the abovementioned outing because she might be going to genting for holiday, if she manages to get tickets. She can only confirm on Monday (tomorrow). So we just hope that she'll not be able to get tickets to genting? haha..

Hey guys I'm not dead; I'm almost dead though. I have been staying up and surviving on 3,4- hour sleeps for the past 5 days, because my cousins were at my house. So it was kinda difficult to call you guys for outing.

Let's have a gift exchange thing at our next outing, shall we? I heard from sj about revealing our gifts only during next year, but I think it's quite difficult to accomplish that considering that there's only 5 of us.

The more important thing is, when is our next outing going to be? Sigh.. I'm not free this week except tomorrow (wednesday) only, maybe we could meet for dinner? haha I'll call you guys first thing I wake up ok?
